Our Story: Founded by Omar Masalha, Raif Bakery is revolutionizing the baking industry. From a teenager working in fast food restaurants to support his family to becoming a pioneer in the field, Omar invested in baking education and specialization. In 2017, this dream came true with the opening of Raif Bakery in Kafr Qara, the first boutique bakery in the Arab sector specializing in sourdough breads and unique pastries.
